Rehab with S&C
For a true athletic experience in personal physical performance growth, make the most of our rehab and S&C combo sessions. These sessions follow your personal regime that we develop together to firstly focus on any rehabilitation work that’s needed to fix any imbalances in a range of movement.
We then follow this up with implementing tailored training styles and techniques to help stabilise and strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the areas of the body we have previously rehabilitated. These sessions are crucial in getting to know how your own body works in sync and the more you start to understand your own body the better your performance will become.
